Clutch Comics ships collector items with care. Comics are packed securely, and all comics issues are bagged and boarded.

Processing Time
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. During major drops, convention releases, pre-orders, original art releases, signed item drops, or special treatment releases, processing may take longer.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $100

Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Pre-Orders, Convention Drops, and Special Items
Pre-orders, signed items, original art, convention exclusives, limited releases, and special treatment items may have extended shipping timelines. Product pages may include additional details when applicable.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Clutch Comics is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times may vary. If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at clutchcomics702@gmail.com and we will help review the situation.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email clutchcomics702@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. While we do not assume liabilities for items damage during transit, we will always work to make sure our customers are satisfied!
